We provide a programme of courses and other activities for professionals, postgraduates and undergraduates to facilitate access to our collections and expertise. Currently these comprise:

Kew Apprenticeship and Traineeships in Horticulture

Two new practical training studentships are being launched – the Kew Apprenticeship and the Kew Traineeships.

Kew Diploma in Horticulture

A three-year full-time botanical horticulture training course, the Kew Diploma in Horticulture.

International Diploma Courses

A programme of International Diploma Courses for professionals from botanic gardens and other plant conservation organisations. Each course, lasting up to 8 weeks, supports participants in developing the horticultural, botanical and other specialised skills essential for increasing knowledge of the world's plant diversity and for its conservation and sustainable use.

MSc partnerships

A partnership with several Masters programmes.

Teaching modules and research project facilities

Specialist teaching modules or research project facilities for university-based MSc/Postgraduate Diploma programmes.
